Georgia Families 360° Program Overview for Adoption Assistance Members (Webinar)

Amerigroup Community Care is the single care management organization that oversees The Georgia Families 360° Program.  The Georgia Families 360° Program is part of the Georgia Families Medicaid program, which is directed by the Georgia Department of Community Health.  The program provides holistic oversight of health care services for youth in foster care, adoption assistance youth, and select youth involved with the Department of Juvenile Justice.
