[x_text]The Intervention Team works closely with families to overcome any difficulties and to help strengthen the bond between family members. Overall, the program can improve a family’s well-being, and ultimately, help preserve the family unit.

Eligibility:

The family must be referred by their county Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). The child(ren) must be receiving adoption assistance to be eligible.
