March 22, 2018 –
As parents, we want what’s best for our children, both inside and outside of school. We want to help our children to reach their full potential while making sure they have everything they need to be happy, fulfilled, and stable adults. You have the right to be treated as an active, valued partner in your child’s learning. It’s up to us as parents to hold our schools accountable for building strong relationships with families and community organizations. All children are individuals and have individual needs. In this webinar you will learn the Parents Bill of Rights, questions you can ask of your child's teachers and administrators as well as practical information that goes beyond the IEP.
