What You Need To Make A Reservation for Prom-A-Palooza 2017
Click here to register by filling out the information for Prom-a-Palooza. You will receive a registration confirmation – your appointment time will be sent to you by February 15th.
All appointments are scheduled for Sunday, February 19th at approved designated times between the selected hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. No one will be permitted inside earlier than their appointed time.
Once we receive your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. After tabulating the registrants, you will be notified by email with a time for your appointment before the event. Please provide the email and phone number that will be the best for us to notify you (either the chaperone, caseworker or home parent who will be bringing the teen)
Do not supply the teen’s email unless the teen is providing her own transportation.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, the designated Caseworker or chaperone will have to show ID to enter the event with the registered attendee. No one under 15 or Freshman in High School will be accepted.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Attendees need to provide their own transportation. Suggestions are to carpool with other teen homes and families coming up for the day. We have room at the FCSF facility to park buses and vehicles.

What can I bring into the event?

Please come with your chaperone only. Please make alternate plans for child care for younger children on the day of the event.
Siblings and friends cannot accompany you due to space. No male chaperone will be allowed in the event due to the nature of the event (teen girls changing and trying on dresses).

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Email for any questions not answered on this form. We will do our very best to explain everything you need to know about the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to bring your ticket. Your name will be on the checking list upon entering and registering at your designated time.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can edit your information if it changes up to 2 weeks prior to the event, at which time, you will then be able to contact FCSF directly for changes

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No, registrations are not transferable. If a teen leaves foster care or if a new teen enters foster care, the caseworker or caretaker will have to contact us to cancel or register. New intakes can register up to the day before the event. New intakes coming into foster care the evening before the event, can contact us on the morning of the event to let us know.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Only the person matching the registration will be accepted into the Prom-A-Palooza.
